My Favorite Pancake Recipe by @feedyourselff


This year I was lucky to meet Shira – a foodie who has built a healthy relationship with food and now shares her passion for all things delicious. We hosted an IG live about discovering balance, and I asked Shira to share her favorite breakfast recipe that is healthy, yummy and effortlessly easy to make! RECIPE:

1 1/4 cups oats

1/2 cup almond milk

1 ripe banana

2 Tbs honey / maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

oil / oil spray for cooking

Blueberries - optional

Any other toppings you like!


Instructions: throw everything besides blueberries and oil in a blender and blend till smooth. Add more oats or more almond milk if the texture doesn’t seem right.


Heat a medium skillet, spray some oil, and spoon some batter into little circles, sprinkle some blueberries on top of each - optional. Flip when you start to see bubbles rise through top. Cook till ready. Then eat up!


Makes about 6-8 medium pancakes
