Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe

Get your veggies in, satisfy your sweet tooth and feel full for hours with this amazing green smoothie!! Perfect for a post workout meal.

  • 3/4 frozen banana

  • 1/2 c frozen spinach (get regular bagged spinach and freeze it- tastes so much better!)

  • 1/2 c frozen cauliflower rice

  • 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp nut butter (I use trader joe's chia seed unsalted crunchy PB)

  • splash of vanilla creamer (I use Silk Almond Milk Vanilla Creamer) OR 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • top with 1 tbsp cacao nibs, walnuts, and sprinkle with your favorite cereal!
