3/4 frozen banana
1/2 c frozen spinach
1/2 c frozen cauliflower rice
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp nut butter (I use trader joe's chia seed unsalted crunchy PB)
splash of vanilla creamer (I use Silk Almond Milk Vanilla Creamer) OR 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
top with 1 tbsp cocao nibs, and sprinkle with your favorite cereal!
