1/2 c frozen spinach (get regular bagged spinach and freeze it- tastes so much better!)
1/2 c frozen cauliflower rice
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp nut butter (I use trader joe's chia seed unsalted crunchy PB)
splash of vanilla creamer (I use Silk Almond Milk Vanilla Creamer) OR 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
