CitySweat is a one-hour full body workout class that blends cardio, sculpt and stretch.


I love to sweat, and I love high energy classes, but I also love to sculpt and stretch my body in a way that feels good and isn't going to break my body down over time. I want to exert energy but also create more positive energy for my day, week and year ahead without being tired and burnt out. I also want to learn how to properly execute movement and create proper alignment in my entire body for life! This is CitySweat. We have fun, we sweat, we blast music, we learn about our bodies, we sculpt from head to toe, we stretch and we leave feeling ready to take on the world.


CitySweat is designed for all levels and abilities. I want everyone to feel like they have an open, safe and non-judgemental space to focus on bettering themselves, being inspired, and feeling physically and mentally refreshed.




I recently had the opportunity to be a part of the Fitness Vacation Exchange Program and travel to Playa del Carmen, mexico to teach CitySweat! It was an incredible experience. Here are some of my favorite moments from my trip! 

I am a NASM certified personal trainer, I have a dual bachelors degree in dance and journalism. My program offers one-on-one as well as group private personal training sessions. Each session is specially customized to help achieve your fitness goals.

I am also a Nutrition Coach. I host coaching call sessions where we talk about your goals, your dream life, and how nutrition fits into this. We create meal plans together, and make your health and wellness visions a reality.
