CitySweat is a one-hour full body workout class that blends HIIT cardio and sculpt.
I created this class to serve as a supplement to both dancers and non dancers. My class focuses on alignment, strength and endurance and is designed for all levels and abilities. I want everyone to feel like they have an open, safe and non-judgemental space to focus on bettering themselves, being inspired, and leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed.
